(To avoid interruptions, I turn on my answer phone when in session). Although I have a busy practice, I try to avoid long waiting lists. Therefore my appointment days and times are extremely flexible in order to accommodate the needs of clients. Sessions are usually one hour.

A free initial consultation is offered, lasting 20-30 minutes, without any obligation to proceed further, for those people who need to be reassured that hypnotherapy is right for them. We understand that it's important to feel comfortable and at ease with your hypnotherapist. You can find out how advanced hypnotherapy works, how it could help you, and gives you the opportunity to ask the hypnotherapist questions.

Each hypnotherapy session lasts one hour, with subsequent sessions usually a week apart, although they could be more or less frequent depending on your circumstances.
